a3 +b3 = (a+b) [ a2 +ab +b2 ]   hence  ( a3 +b3 ) / (a+b) = a2 +ab +b2
 
a5 + b5 = (a+b) [ a4 +a3b +a2b2 +ab3 +b4 ]   hence ( a5 + b5 ) / (a+b) = a4 +a3b +a2b2 +ab3 +b4 ]
 
similarly if n is odd,  ( an + bn ) / (a+b) = an-1 + an-2 b +an-3 b2 +..........+a bn-2 + bn-1
 
hence ( an + bn ) is divisible by (a+b) if n is odd
