Triangle ABC is isosceles, as AB  =  AC.
Hence,
Pependicular from A will bisect AB.
Area space equals space 1 half cross times BC cross times AT 60 space equals space space 1 half cross times 10 cross times AT AT space equals space 12 Now comma space in space Right space angled space triangle AB squared equals AT squared plus BT squared straight x squared equals 12 squared plus 5 squared straight x equals 13 space cm
