Prove that in two concentric circles, the chord of the bigger circle, which touches the smaller circle, is bisected at the point of contact.

Figure shows the tw concentric circles. Chord AB of bigger circle touches the smaller circle at C .
ΔOAB is isocelles triangle becaise OA = OB
Since C is point of contact of AB with circle , OC is perpendicular bisector of AB.
Hence AC = BC
