Circumcentre O of circumcircle of ΔABC is the point where the perpendicular bisectors of all three sides meet.
 
Hence OD bisects side BC . Hence CD = 12 cm
 
OC is radius of circumcircle , hence OC = 13 cm
 
ΔODC is right angled triangle and angleODC is right angle.
