Expert Answer

if

 a,b,c are three consecutive terms of an A.P.

then

b-a=c-b

2b=(a+c)

so ATQ,

2(k+5)=(2k-7)+(3k+2)

solving we get

2k+10=5k-5

15=3k

k=5
