let the number have x in the unit's place(say)

so the ten's digit must be 12/x...(since the product of the digits is given to be 12)

So the number becomes

10(digit in the ten's place)]+1(digit in the unit's place)=[120/x]+x

the reversed number is

10x+(12/x)

So,

 acc to question,

this is the reqd equation. on solving we get

x=6(other value being negative is discarded)

so the number is 26

reversed numbr is 62

26+36=62(checked)
