Focal Length of an lens= f= uv/(u+v)

Magnification m= -v/u

For lens A

Real image formed ===> convex lens

and  m is negative and greater than one

 f= uv/(u+v)  if v is very large f is approximately u

For lens B

This is also convex lens

m=-v/u=-1   ===> v=u

f=15X15/(30)=7.5 cm
