Free body diagram of all the three blocks are shown in figure .  W is weight or gravitational force acting on the block,
R is the normal reaction force acting on each block and F is the applied force.
fA , fB and fC are the friction force acting at the contact surfaces.
 
Limiting friction force acting on block-A,  fA = μ R = 0.3×300 = 90 N
 
Limiting friction force acting on block-B,  fB = μ R = 0.2×400 = 80 N
 
Limiting friction force acting on block-C,  fC = μ R = 0.1×600 = 60 N
 
since block-C requires least limiting force 60 N,  least horizontal force required to move the system is 60 N
