K has the larger size because the number of protons in K and K+ is the same but the number of electrons in K+ is 18 whereas in K it is 19. So, the proton to electron ratio is more in K+ and hence it has a smaller size.
Br- has a larger size because the number of protons in Br and Br- is the same but the number of electrons in Br is 35 whereas in Br- it is 36.
