When diameter is doubled, area becomes 4 times of its original value. Since resistance inversely proportional to area, resistance decreases by 4 times. Hence the changed resistance is 2.5Ω.
When length is doubled, resistance also doubled because resiatance is directly proportional to length. Changed resistance is 20 Ω.
