(1) Absorption line due to transition from n=1 level to n= 2 is in Lyman series
 
(2) Absorption line due to transition from n=3 to n=4 is in Paschen series
 
(3) Absorption line due to transition from n=3 to n=4 has lowest energy difference, lowest frequency .
Hence absorption line due to transition from n=3 to n=4 has highest wavelength
