Q.15 “A Private Company is superior to a Public Company.” Discuss this statement
in the light of privileges of a Private Company.

Expert Answer
A Private Company is superior to a Public Company because
i. Private company can be formed with only two members whereas public company requires a minimum of seven members to form.
ii. Private company has no restriction on the numbers, appointment and remuneration of directors where as public company has too many restrictions on the number, appointment and remuneration of directors.
