e-commerce

A more elaborate term comprising of many business transactions and functions conducted electronically is known as e-business. It also includes e-commerce.

Buying and selling of products and services through internet is known as e-commerce 

 

It also includes other electronically conducted business transactions such as production, product development, inventory management, finance and marketing and human resource development

It is pertaining to buying and selling, and hence it covers a firm’s interaction with its customers and suppliers through internet
