The above figures can be classified according to its sides and angles in the following ways:-
(a)
Here, all sides are of different lengths.
Thus, it is a scalene triangle.
Also, it has a right angle in its interior.
Thus, it is a right-angled triangle.
(b)
Here, 2 sides are of equal lengths.
Thus, it is an isosceles triangle.
Also, it has an obtuse (>90o) angle in its interior.
Thus, it is an obtuse-angled triangle.
