Expert Answer:

For inifinite solution

a1/ a2 = b1/b2 = c1/ c2

2/2a = 3/ (+q) = 7/28

1/a = 3/(+q) = 1/4

Equating, we get

a = 4, 12 =  +q

We can't get independent values of and q. Please revert back with the correct question.
