Forces of repulsion on 1 uC charge at the centre due to 2uC charge at the two opposite corners are equal and opposite. Therefore,they cancel out each other.
Similarly, forces of attraction on 1uC charge at the centre due to -5uC charge at the two opposite corners are equal and opposite. Therefore,they cancel out each other.
