(a) Direction of electric field line is same as the direction of electric field
(b) Density of electric field lines indicates the intensity of electric field. If Fiel lines are very close then Intensity is greater .
If field lines are far apart intensity is less .
(c) Electric field lines will not intersect
(d) Electric field lines will emerge out from positive charge
(e) Electric field lines will enter into negative charge

Fig. (1) shows the electric field lines when q1 + q2 = 0 . Since sum of charges is zero , bothe charges have equal magnitude but oposite in sign.
Fig. (2) shows the electric field lines when q1 > 0 . Charge is positive . Electric field lines are emerging out radially.
Fig. (3) shows the electric field lines when q1 q2 > 0 . bothe charges are positive.
Fig. (4) shows the electric field lines with +4q and +2q charges . +4q charge has more lines compare to +2q charge
