**if xy=180 and hcf (x,y)=3 , then find the lcm (x,y)**

Asked by rajshivam35941 | 12 Oct, 2020, 01:13: PM

Expert Answer

We know that,

LCM(x, y) × HCF(x, y) = xy

→ LCM(x, y) × 3 = 180

→ LCM(x, y) = 180 ÷ 3 = 60

→ LCM(x, y) = 60
