CBSE Class 10 Answered
If violet light is incident at 30deg to a prism is deviated by 28deg then choose a correct option for deviation of green light and red light at the same angle of incidence (30deg)a) 21 deg (G) 24 deg (R)b) 25 deg (G) 28 deg (R)c) 25 deg (G) 20 deg (R)d) 22 deg (G) 28 deg (R)

The correct option is (c) 25° (G) and 20° (R)
This is because the violet colour deviates the most and the red colour deviates the least. Thus, the deviation of the red colour will be less than the deviation of green and violet colour.
