how do trees help in regulating the climate of place
Asked by aanyasri2008 | 24 Feb, 2024, 13:04: PM
Trees help regulate the climate of a place by absorbing water from the ground through the roots and releasing some of it in the form of water vapour. In this way, the trees help in keeping the surrounding air cool. Trees in the forests maintain the balance between carbon dioxide and oxygen levels in the atmosphere by taking in carbon dioxide and releasing oxygen during photosynthesis, and thus, global warming can be controlled. Deforestation can cause adverse climatic changes.
