Till date there is no equipment or microscope with the help of which we can see an atom.
The structure od an atom was proposed by a some physisist and chemist with some proofs which we are known as structurte of atom.
After so many years of research and experiments, some brilliant scientists developed a device named "quantum microscope".
With the help of this device, the microscopic state quantum particle can directly magnify to the laboratory scale, so that scientists can study further its properties.
