acceleration = net force / mass 
 
net force = 16 - 2 = 14 N.   Hence acceleration = 14/5 = 2.8 m/s2

friction coefficent  μ = ( friction force )  / ( contact force between box and floor )
 
contact force between box and floor =  weight  of box - upward component of applied force = 5×10 - 12 = 38
(acceleration due to gravity is considered as 10 m/s2 )
 
Hence, friction coefficient μ = 2/ 38 = 1/19
