1. Dilute sulphuric acid treated with zinc gives Hydrogen gas which bums with pop sound.

Concentrated H2SO4 gives SO2 gas with zinc and the gas turns Acidified potassium dichromate paper green.

2.Barium chloride solution gives white ppt. with dilute H2SO4, This white ppt. is insoluble in all acids.

Concentrated H2SO4 and NaCl mixture when heated gives dense white fumes if glass rod dipped in Ammonia solution is brought near it.

 we know water is a non electrolyte since it requires h2so4 to ionize to positively harged hydronium ions and sulphate ions then what property of water makes itself ionize to h+ and oh- ions along with the ionization of the dissolved salts ??  is it so if then why??

1)write a equation when hot and concentrated sulphuric acid reacts with sodium hydroxide. 2)concentrated sulphuric  acid is kept in air tight bottle.give reason 3)sulphuric acid is not used as drying agent for H2S.
