This equation can be solved very easily by splitting the middle term

10ax2 + 3(5a - 2) x - 9 = 0

10ax2 + 15ax - 6x - 9 = 0

5ax(2x+3)-3(2x+-3)=0

(5ax-3)(2x+3)=0

x=3/5aor x=-3/2

Solution by Completing the square
