answered-by-expert Expert Answer
If zero's of polynomial are -2 and 1/3 , then the polynomial is

(x+2) [ x - (1/3) ] = ( 1/3 ) ( x+2 ) ( 3x -1 )

= (1/3) [ 3 x2 + 5x -2 ]

Hence the polynoimal is [ 3 x2 + 5x -2 ]
