Since the identity must hold for any angle A. Let's pick A = 30.

sin 30 = 1/2, cos 30 = 3/2, tan 30 = 1/3, and cot 30 = 3

(tanA+cotA)/(cosecA-secA) = (4/3)/(2-2/3) = 4/(23 - 2) = 2.732050808

Also (sinA + tanA)/2cotA = (1/2 + 1/3)/23 = (3+2)/12 = 0.311004234

LHS RHS.
