To find the deflection direction of electron beam in magnetic field we can use only flemings left hand rule. we can not use right hand palm rule.
Figure shows the flemings left hand rule. Fore finger shows the current direction(in your case electron beam). Since electrons have negative charge i reversed the direction of magnetic field. Hence thumb shows magnetic field direction(reversed due to electron). Then middle finger shows the direction of force. Due to this force electron beam is getting deflected. Hence beam deflects towards right
