Recycling is very important as the deposition of wastes and garbage have huge negative impact on the environment. Harmful chemicals and greenhouse gasses are released from the landfill sitesor through the process of incineration. Recycling helps to reduce the pollution caused by waste.
 
Recycling  of resources is an important part of sustainability because it reduces the negative human impact on the environment and helps reduce the pressure on natural resources.
