Differentiate if A, ω and k are constant.
I don't understand this question , how -k is coming on differentiation of (ωt-kx), so please elaborate this step in detail so that I can understand 😔🙏

Expert Answer
if a function is function of function , i.e. function is f(u) and u = g(x) , then
given function is
y = A sin (k x - ω t ) ;
y = A sin(u)
where u = (k x - ω t )
dy/dt = (dy/du) (du/dt)
dy/dt = A cos(k x - ω t ) (-ω )
dy/dt = - A ω cos(k x - ω t )
