Casual wage labourers are engaged in construction work and they account for 34 percent of India’s workforce. These labourers work in others farms and receive remuneration for their work.
Workers as civil engineers in the construction company account for 16 percent of India’s workforce. Regular salaried employees are engaged in an enterprise and receive wages on a regular basis.
