Expert Answer:
Ozone has 6 bonding electrons shared between 3 atoms. So, Bond Order = 1.5 .For F2 molecule, there are 2 bonding electrons shared between 2 F atoms. So, its B.O. = 2/ 2 =1.0. For N2 molecule with +1 charge, only 5 electrons between 2 N atoms. So its B.O. = 5/2 = 2.5 (for N2, B.O. =3.0). For O2, B.O. =2.0 but for O2 with -1 (this electron goes into antibonding molecular orbital), the B.O. becomes (4 - 1) /2 =1.5. For O2 with +1, the B.O. becomes 2.5.
