Argument of sine function is dimensionless.
Denominator of argument of sine function is of dimension of energy .
Hence, Numerator is also has dimension of energy .
since x is dimension of displacement , i.e. length , then α is of dimension of force.
LHS has dimension of energy density , i.e energy per unit volume .
Hence , dimension of ( α / β ) is dimension of ( energy/volume )
Dimension of ( energy / volume ) = ( M L T-2 L / L3 ) = ( M L-1 T-2 )
Dimension of α ( Force ) = M L T-2
Dimension of β [ Force / ( energy / volume ) / Force ] = ( M L T-2 ) / ( M L-1 T-2 ) / = L2 .
