if there are 2 bulbs attached to a circuit and filament breaks from 1 bulb will the 2nd bulb still glow ?

The second bulb will glow or not depends upon whether the bulbs are connected in series combination or parallel combination.
If the two bulbs are connected in parallel combination then even after the 1st bulb being fused the other one will glow.
While in case of series connection if the first bulb is fused then the second bulb will get cut off from the circuit as well and hence the second bulb will not glow along with the first bulb.
