Can a static charged particle produce EM wave

Hi Rajdeep!


EM wave, that is electromagnetic waves are produced due to oscillation of electric charge and magnetic charge when they are mutually perpendicular to each other.Now the electric charge can be a static electric charge or an electric charge.Static electricity charge is produced when two or more surfaces move or rub against each other.Practically, natural occurrence of this is low, but theoretically, static charges can produce EM when they oscillate mutually perpendicular with the magnetic charge.
