Given quadratic equation is m2 - 14m +13 = 0
Comparing with ax2+bx+c=0, we have a=1, b=-14 and c=13
straight m equals fraction numerator 14 plus-or-minus square root of 196 minus 52 end root over denominator 2 end fraction equals fraction numerator 14 plus-or-minus 12 over denominator 2 end fraction straight m equals 1 space or space straight m equals 13
