An electric bulb and heater are rated as (100watt-220volt) and (1000 watt-220v) respectively . Compare their resistance.

Power = voltage×current = voltage×(voltage/Resistance)
Hence Resistance = (voltage)2/power
hence resistance of 100W-220V bulb = 220×220/100 = 484 Ω
resistance of 1000W-220V heater = 220×220/1000 = 48.4 Ω
