P1 = 100 mm of Hg
V1 = 80 cm3
V2 =?
P2 =125 mm of Hg
P1V1 = P2V2
V2 = P1V1/P2 = 100x80 = 64cm3

Case II:
P1 = 200 mm of Hg
V1 = 40 cm3
V2 =32 cm3
P2 =?
P1V1 = P2V2
P2 = P1V1/V2 = 200x40 = 250 mm of Hg

It follows Boyle’s law.
