Given: 2x-3=√2x²-2x+21
Squaring both the sides, we get
(2x-3)2 = 2x2-2x+21
4x2+9-12x = 2x2-2x+21
2x2-10x-12=0
x2-5x-6=0
x2-6x+x-6=0
x(x-6)+(x-6)=0
(x-6)(x+1)=0
x=6 or x=-1
x can't be negative
Hence, x=6.
