(in some places it is also written that the product of uncertainties is equal to h instead of h/4

In the equation of uncertainty principle how was it determined that the product of uncertainties in position and momentum would give a value greater than or equal to h/4p??...my point is that the value of pie is itself uncertain and not known exactly...so how could it be included in the equation??

The value of pie taken in these numerical is 3.14  or 22/7.
