A canon fires a shell with a speed of 84m/s. When the canon is inclined at 45°, the horizontal distance covered is observed at 630m.What is the percentage decrease in the horizontal distance observed due to air resistance? SHOURYA

While studying projectile motion, we generally ignore effects like air resistance.
However, if we include air resistance, the calculation would be complicated one since the air resistance depends on the speed of the projectile and also on various other factors.
If not clear, pls ask the question more elaborately.
