What is the effect of decrease in price of foreign
currency with the supply of foreign currency?

Expert Answer
Exchange rate of foreign currency is directly proportional to the supply. Exports become more expensive and the imports become cheaper when there is a decrease in the price of foreign currency. Thereby, the exporters withdraw their interest which leads to lesser supply of that foreign currency.
