Value of the resistance left of 10V battery is not given, It is assumed that resistance value is 2 Ω .
Markings A, C, D, E and F are done in the given circuit to apply Kirchoff's voltage law (KVL ).
Assumed current flow direction is shown in the figure.
Let us apply KVL in the direction B-A-F-E-D-C-B
-3i +10 -2i -5 -2i-3i+15 = 0 or 20-10i = 0 or i = 2 A
when 2 A current is passing through 3Ω resistance , voltage drop is 2×3 = 6 V .
Hence VD - VE = - 6V
Hence potential at B with respect to ground point F = 15 - 6 = 9 V
