Focal length of the given lens = 1/9.66 = 10.34 cm
As I think the option provided with question is not correct. Or may be the given data needs correction.
if the power of the lens is 0.66 D the
the focal length of the lens = 1/0.66 = 1.1515m = 151.15 cm
