All the sides of a square are of equal length.

Side of a 1st Square = 60/4= 15 m
Side of a 2nd Square = 144/4= 36 m

Area of a required Square = (Area of a 1st Square) +(Area of a 2nd Square)
                                             = 152 + 362
                                             = 1521
Side of a required square = 39 m
Perimeter of a required square = 39 × 4  = 156 m
