the magnitude of induced emf becomes maximum when the magnetic flux linked with the coil reduces to zero from its maximum value. Why?

The magnitude of induced emf is given as the rate of change of magnetic flux.
Now, the flux is changing from maximum value to zero. Hence, the change in this flux is maximum.
So, the emf induced will also be maximum as per the Faraday's law.
