Let the reference direction for all the forces be X-axis of cartesian coord system.
Vectors of all the three forces are drawn in figure.
Let i, j are unit vectors along the X-axis and Y-axis respectively
F1 = 300 i ; F2 = 200√3 i + 200 j ; F3 = -200√3 i + 200 j
Resultant F1+ F2 +F3 = 300 i + 400 j
Magnitude of resultant force = ; direction = sin-1 (400/300) = 53°
Hence resultant of the given three forces is 500 N at 53°
