Sir,
Can you expalin why they have used same tension for different monkeys of different masses who depend on different rope sepreately?

No, the rope is not different. It is mentioned clearly in the question that a monkey climbs up and another climbs down a rope. Hence, it is the same rope. So, same tension will come. The term separately indicates that both the monkeys are performing this act separately and not together.
