Rohit’s father, being an agricultural scientist, solved his son’s problem. Based on the above passage, answer the following questions: (i) What is artificial insemination? (i) The collection of semen from the desired male parent and its injection into the reproductive tract of the selected female is called artificial insemination.

(ii) Two superior varieties of cows are Jersey and Holstein.

(iii) Rohit’s father advised him to get his cows artificially inseminated.
