The method used maximum in cattle breeding is super ovulation and embryo transfer also called multiple ovulation embryo transfer (MOET). By MOET technique, high milk yielding breeds of females and high quality meat yielding bulls have been obtained with success to increase herd size in a short time.
So, the correct answer is option 4. super ovulation and embryo transfer.
