By Ampher's law magnetic field at P :-  
B (2πr) = μo I    
where r is radius of Amperian loop that encloses the current carrying wire as shown in figure
 
 B = ( μo I ) / (2πr) = ( 4π × 10-7 × 10 ) / ( 2π × 5 × 10-2 ) = 4 × 10-5 T
